EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WAND) - A Toledo man was arrested Monday afternoon for several felony counts, including child pornography.

The Effingham County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook it served 47-year-old James Waddell of Toledo with an arrest warrant for multiple felonies believed to have been committed in the county.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Waddell is charged with one count of criminal sexual assault, one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and four counts of child pornography.

Waddell is in custody at the Effingham County Jail and is awaiting a pre-trial hearing.

At this time no further information has been released.
