The Auburn Tigers made a big move on Saturday afternoon at halftime of their victory against Arkansas, turning away from Jackson Arnold and throwing fellow transfer addition Ashton Daniels out to play quarterback in the second half.
Arnold, who has struggled all season long to get on the same page as his wide receiver group, threw a brutal pick six to end the half and put the Tigers down by two scores headed into the break in Fayetteville.
Though Daniels didn’t exactly light the world on fire as the offense could only muster field goals in the second half, he did manage the game nicely and allow the defense — who had three second half interceptions — to effectively win the game to bring Auburn its first SEC win.
