London police have charged second person in connection with a protest outside a downtown-area defence conference last week.

The 30-year old LaSalle man has been charged by warrant of arrest, and faces a variety of charges including assault.

Last week, an Owen Sound woman who attended the same protest was also charged with resisting arrest, among other offences.

The protest in question took place outside of RBC Place at 300 York St., where the Best Defence Conference was being held on Oct. 21.
