Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers gets sacked by Packers defensive end Rashan Gary during the first quarter of their Week 8 game at Acrisure Stadium.

Once again, the game of "find the backup/injured/substitute QB" works wonders when choosing a defense in fantasy football. The top defense/special teams units in Week 8 feasted on quarterbacks such as Spencer Rattler/Tyler Shough, Andy Dalton and Carson Wentz.

So it should come as no surprise that those same teams figure prominently in this week's rankings. Have fun Packers, Rams and Lions defenders. And don't forget about the Chargers, who'll get to harass Titans rookie signal-caller Cam Ward, as well.
