MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Ruston Police Department is investigating a string of car break-ins in Ruston and the surrounding areas, according to deputies.

Authorities say the burglaries happened overnight in the following areas:

Kentucky

Lisa

Wedgewood

Pennington

Acadia

Dauphine

A suspect was seen on surveillance footage walking in the West Kentucky Avenue area.
