CLEVELAND, Oh - Our handyman has been with us for many years. Over the years, he’s become more than our handyman—he’s a friend. The problem is that over the last few years, his prices have gone up but the quality of his work has diminished.

We would hate to lose him as a friend—our children have grown up together and we enjoy spending time with him and his wife. However, we can’t keep paying him to do jobs that aren’t done correctly.

We don’t know what to do. Do we find a new handyman or have another conversation with him? Please
