The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to confer upon 'Padma Shri', one of India's highest civilian honours, posthumously to Satish Shah. The film body has issued a letter dedicated to the PM, insisting on honouring the late actor's outstanding contribution to Indian cinema and television.
