After a swift but relentless social media campaign a Ferry bakery business now stands to recoup their losses from the council. The Dune Bakery said that they were £70,000 out of pocket after a deal with the council came to an abrupt halt,
In one post on Instagram Dune Bakery said: “The council screwed us over and we need your help to pester them into submission or we are going to lose a devastating amount of money
“I just wanna make clear this isn’t a planning permission issue: they put it on the market, I applied, we agreed terms, we negotiated lease and deposit, they pulled it.”
Other people on social media asked for a script that they could then send to the council to support him.
