The end of the Cornwall traffic circle came closer Monday, as Cornwall city council approved recommendations for the future reconstruction of Brookdale Avenue from Seventh to Fourteenth streets.

Cornwall’s general manager of infrastructure and municipal works Michael Fawthrop said the section between Seventh and Fourteenth streets is the final stretch of roadway that remains to be addressed along Brookdale Avenue.
