CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - The countdown is on as Election Day is officially one week away. With several local races on the ballot, voter preparation and turnout is extremely important.
Municipal elections across the Lowcountry are 7 days away. Voters will choose key local leaders like mayors, city, and town council members. Every vote matters, "we have this myth where voters don't think that their vote actually counts," said Executive Director for Voter Registrations and Elections for Dorchester County, Kizzie Scott.
