EDMOND — The fire station at 5032 N. Kelly Ave. still has that “new” smell and is awaiting some finishing touches, but crews are busy responding to fire and medical calls in northwest Edmond.
“This was our greatest need,” Edmond Fire Chief Terry Essary said, noting the population growth of Oak Cliff, Deer Creek and south Guthrie. “Station 6 will significantly improve our response times in northwest Edmond, ensuring faster, more effective service when seconds matter most.”
