(Reuters) -Bank of America announced a host of executive changes to its global corporate and investment banking team, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters on Tuesday, as it divided leadership responsibilities for technology and telecom.
Matthew Sharnoff and Johnny Williams were appointed as co-heads of global technology investment banking, and Daniel Kelly and Joseph Valenti as co-heads of global media and telecom investment banking.
Sharnoff, who has been with the bank for over 25 years, was most recently the head of global financial technology investment banking. Williams, who has about 30 years of experience in technology investment banking, has been with BofA for about two decades, with his previous experiences including vice chairman at UBS.
