ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A teenager is in critical condition after being hit by a car while on a scooter, according to Marietta fire officials.

The incident happened at Cobb Parkway and Windy Hill Road SE Tuesday.

Fire officials said the 18-year-old was taken to the hospital with a head injury. They are currently in critical condition.
