Pass rush is still big need for the 49ers
The 49ers pass-rush has been a serious problem all season, and after allowing Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud to do pretty much whatever he wanted on Sunday — with almost zero pressure — they finally decided to do something about it.
The 49ers have just nine sacks on the season, while only the Jacksonville Jaguars (eight) have accumulated less. That's simply not good enough.
