LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Station Casinos unveiled what to expect from the third phase of construction on its southwest Las Vegas casino.
The company revealed the next phase of construction for Durango Casino and Resort, with a planned 270,000-square-foot expansion to the north end. Officials said the additions will include new gaming, dining, and recreation options.
In a release, Station Casinos said the project will add an expanded casino floor, a 36-lane bowling facility, movie theaters, new restaurant concepts, food hall outlets and entertainment venues.
The project is expected to cost $385 million and will begin construction in January, with completion expected in about 18 months.
The expansion follows Durango Casino and Resort’s “phase two,” which will be completed in late December
