As the government shutdown extends into its fourth week, air traffic controllers are feeling the strain, missing their first full paychecks and raising concerns about staffing and safety. The National Air Traffic Controllers Association spent Tuesday handing out flyers that highlight staffing and safety concerns because of the shutdown to travelers trying to catch their flights.
