We hit freezing last night in Grand Junction with a low of 29°! Brrr! Be prepared for another night of freezing temps here in the Grand Valley, with our low at 30° and clear skies as we are under a freeze warning once again. Montrose isn't under the warning, but that's because they've already had their first hard freeze, where 28° temperatures or lower were reached for at least an hour. That means seasonal plants are going to shut down for the season in the area. Grand Junction, however, looks to be holding out for a while before getting a hard freeze.

The Western Slope is moving into a warming pattern as we get trapped under an atmospheric ridge for the next week or so. Tomorrow we will reach 62°, and our overnight low will be 35° heading into Thursday. We will be in the mid-60s later th
