Video shows the moment an Illinois police officer saved a woman who was choking as she was behind the wheel.
The Cook County Sheriff's Office released video that shows the woman pulling over at an intersection and getting out of her SUV with her hand on her chest.
Officer Zachary Finn pulled over and performed the Heimlich maneuver, which cleared the woman's throat.
The officer said the woman declined treatment from paramedics and was able to drive away safely.
