GROVE CITY, Pa. - A Grove City man has been arrested and is facing several child pornography charges.

According to the Grove City Police Department, 19-year-old Andrew Hines was arrested last week on hundreds of counts, including possession and dissemination of child pornography, obscene material and invasion of privacy.

In all, court records show Hines is facing a total of 338 charges.

The charges stem from a seven-month investigation involving Mercer Count Children and Youth Services (CYS), the Mercer County District Attorney's Office, detectives and multiple local and out-of-state agencies.

Police say Hines admitted to sending obscene photos to juveniles between the ages of 13 and 16 years old and having inappropriate conversations with them.
