Preparations for the Citizen Tribune Holiday Hope Fund – the longstanding community effort to provide those in need with a Christmas meal and more – begin in earnest tomorrow when signups are held at Central Services in Morristown.

“The Citizen Tribune is gearing up to again sponsor the annual fundraiser that plays an integral role in Hamblen County,” Lakeway Publishers President R. Michael Fishman said. “The Tribune partnered with Central Services in 1967 to provide a unified holiday program that has continued without fail every year since, serving lower income families and individuals. We are honored to continue this longstanding partnership.”

Signups will be held October 30-31 and November 6-8.
