In the final regular season Central Coast Athletic Association (CCAA) top 10 rankings, St. Joseph retained the No. 1 spot it has held all season.

Templeton supplanted Arroyo Grande at No. 2. After the Eagles had held the that slot all season, they swapped the Nos. 2 and 3 positions with Templeton after AG's bye week.

The CCAA rankings saw little change. No one in the top 10 moved up or down more than one spot.
