Buellton Union Elementary School District (grades 3–8) boosted its English language arts/literacy proficiency to 55% meeting or exceeding standards, up from 51% in 2023–24 and six points above the state’s 49% (up from 47%).

Solvang School District (grades 3-8) held steady at 57%, consistent with last year’s 56% and eight points higher than the statewide figure.
