MUNCIE, IN — Mayor Dan Ridenour on Tuesday, Oct. 28, announced the city would be receiving $6.75 million in READI 2.0 funding from the state.
The mayor said that money would help "bring 88 new residential units to our community."
Fifty-four of the new homes will be in a four-story apartment building, to be known as Highpoint Station, to be built across High Street from Muncie City Hall.
