BOSSIER CITY, La. — If you drive in Bossier City along a popular strip of roadway, you likely can relate to this: “You can sit through that red light three or four times.”
That’s how one frustrated driver summed up the daily grind along Hamilton Road, where motorists say relief can’t come soon enough.
City leaders admit a full reconstruction of the corridor will take years -- but promise pothole repairs, flashing-yellow arrows, and new traffic-signal technology in the meantime.
