One month after her breakup from Chase Stokes , the "Heartfirst" singer shared a series of photos showcasing how she's been spending her time as of late—and the update revealed that focusing on her mental health has been key.

In the pics posted to Instagram Oct. 28 , Kelsea shared a sweet moment with a fan while performing on stage, decorated pumpkins with friends in honor of spooky season, took a mirror selfie while wearing a face mask, enjoyed a fun feast in a park with her pup Dibs and napped on a cozy white couch.

Captioning the carousel of images, the 32-year-old wrote, "Brought to you by hot dogs, porch painting, bed by 9pm, friendship, parks, Kenny Chesney , and lexapro."
