BANGOR -- Business owners and entrepreneurs met in Bangor today for the Blitz Bangor Area Entrepreneurship Conference.

Organizers say the day is designed to help entrepreneurs and those looking to start a business take the next step in their ventures.

The conference is filled with workshops, discussions and networking opportunities.

The event is the product of UpStart Maine, a program that helps business owners and entrepreneurs every day.
