Louisville Metro Council is working with planning and zoning staff to update zoning regulations for data centers, and they’re turning to community members for input on what changes they’d like to see.

Residents have voiced concerns about balancing economic growth with responsible development. They are advocating to protect their quality of life and ensure their feedback is taken seriously.

“The thing that always comes to my mind with data centers is the infrastructure that’s needed for them,” said Alison Cox.
