When Ken Gauntner, a former Madison Township Trustee and Madison historian, has a question about the history of Madison High School football or football in general, he immediately knows who to pick up the phone and call.

Answering on the other end of the line was Larry Sutyak, Gauntner’s friend of more than 50 years and someone who from memory can name a past Madison football player and the team they played on.
