ST. GEORGE, Utah (ABC4) — A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing over $10,000 in merchandise from a jewelry store.
Dallas Hamilton Tall, 57, was arrested this week in connection with a jewelry store theft that occurred on October 25, 2025.
He has been charged with retail theft with a value over or equal to $5000 (a second-degree felony), possession or use of a controlled substance (Class A Misdemeanor), and use or possession of drug paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor).
Dallas Tall is being held in the Washington County Jail.
