New Delhi, October 29, 2025: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) today announced the date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025, after the same are reviewed by the Audit Committee; and consider and declare Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26, if any.

The meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and fixed for Friday, November 21, 2025, as the Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors.
