Cadillac has been a premier luxury automaker in the United States for over a century.
The company is well known for large and luxurious vehicles with loads of comfort and features. One of its oldest models is for sale at auction by RM Sotheby’s. A 1904 Cadillac Model B Touring will be available to purchase on Nov. 1 during London Motor Week in England.
The story behind the car
While technically titled as a 1903 model, the Model B Touring is listed for the 1904 model year. Cadillac was founded in 1902 and the car was built and commissioned before the brand started using chassis numbers for vehicles, so the car was identified by its engine number, 3251, instead.
Powered by a 1.6-liter a-cylinder engine that supplies a mighty 8.25 horsepower, it received the nickname “Little Hercules." It
