In 100 days, the lights will turn on for a 25th Winter Olympics, this time in Milan-Cortina, Italy.
Canadian viewers will be treated to round-the-clock broadcasts — 22 hours of daily coverage, to be precise — expert analysis and on-demand highlights throughout the Feb. 6-22 competition, courtesy CBC/Radio-Canada.
“Along with our official sports media partners Sportsnet, TSN and RDS, we’re committed to bringing audiences all the action when it happens, as it happens, ensuring fans never miss a medal moment,” said Chris Wilson, general manager of Olympics for CBC/Radio-Canada.
Added CBC/Radio-Canada president and CEO Marie-Philippe Bouchard: “We are proud of our athletes and look forward to showcasing their achievements with Canadians from coast to coast to coast.”
