Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo reminded everyone of the affinity he has for his team.
During the Bucks' 121-111 win over the New York Knicks on Tuesday, the 2021 NBA champion made a clear statement about the city of Milwaukee.
After the Bucks' Gary Trent Jr missed an off-balanced floater off the glass, Antetokounmpo was there to clean it up.
The Greek Freak beat Karl Anthony-Anthony Towns to the rebound, pivoted under the rim and threw down a one-handed dunk.
Knicks coach Mike Brown called a timeout, and the home Bucks crowd erupted.
“This is my city!,” a fired up Antetokounmpo yelled.
"I ain't f***ing leaving you."
As he made his way to the bench, he was also heard saying, “I love when it’s tough; I thrive when it’s tough. When you make it tough, I thrive.”
