Apple has joined the Advisory Board of The Game Awards. The update was made quietly to the website and was first spotted by VGC this week. Apple is now the 14th member of the Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board “helps guide and advance the mission of The Game Awards,” according to The Game Awards . Apple’s involvement means that it’ll sit next to an already strong lineup of companies within the industry, including Activision, AMD, EA, Epic Games, Kojima Productions, Microsoft, Nintendo, Riot Games, Rockstar, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Tencent, Ubisoft, and Valve.
