Patna, Oct 29: As Bihar heads toward Assembly elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed a massive rally in Sakra constituency, Muzaffarpur, sharply criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ruling NDA government. Gandhi accused the Prime Minister of prioritizing votes over the welfare of the people.
