A dating app CEO found himself unexpectedly dealing with heartbreak on Tuesday after an employee sought a ‘short break’. The candid leave request explained that they were unable to focus on work due to a tragic breakup — sparking extensive social media discussion about Gen Z work ethics. Jasveer Singh also explained in a now-viral social media post that he had granted the request “without a second thought”.
