INDIANAPOLIS — The Marion Prosecutor's Office recently confirmed that a grand jury investigation into "ghost employment" is ongoing at Indiana Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith's office.

Ghost employment is defined as a rule barring employees from doing work outside of their official duties while on the clock.

Official court documents reveal the grand jury heard testimony Aug. 18 and Sep. 30 of 2025.

The testimony also related to an investigation into the "distribution of an intimate image" within the office, according to court records.
