DAPHNE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a woman accused of stabbing another woman in Daphne.
According to a BCSO news release, deputies received a 911 call Oct. 22 in reference to a stabbing at a home in the 25000 block of Pollard Road in Daphne.
Deputies found a woman who had been stabbed twice. She was taken to the hospital and had to have surgery for her injuries.
The woman identified her attacker as 26-year-old Taylor Duplesis of Daphne, according to the BCSO.
Investigators learned that Duplesis had fled the scene after allegedly stabbing the victim, and she has eluded police since then, News 5 has learned.
