A decision on adding two miscanthus species to Pennsylvania’s noxious weed list will have to wait six months.
The state Controlled Plant and Noxious Weed Committee voted Oct. 23 to table a motion that would have added the large grasses Miscanthus sinensis and Miscanthus sacchariflorus to the list of plants controlled by the state.
