MILLINGTON, Tenn. - A day after an appeals court ruled the ouster process against her can move forward, Shelby County Clerk Wanda Halbert said she had no idea about paying rent for an office space in Millington. The City of Millington earlier this month said it's considering legal action against Halbert.
