SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Blood pressure kits are now available for check-out at five Live Oak Public Libraries across three counties, the American Heart Association announced today in a press release.

The kits contain a validated blood pressure device, instructions on how to take your blood pressure, how to interpret a reading, and additional resources, including health centers, to help patrons best manage their blood pressure.

The Live Oak Public Library locations with available blood pressure kits are:

Bull Street Library (Chatham County)

Oglethorpe Mall Library (Chatham County)

Southwest Chatham Library (Chatham County)

Springfield Library (Effingham County)

Hinesville Library (Liberty County)
