Scouting Report: Harper Creek, No. 9 in the final Michigan Sports Writers football poll, has the highest playoff point total in its Division 4 district and would host for postseason games throughout the first three rounds if the Beavers get that far. Part of the reason for the high playoff point total is that Harper Creek boosted its non-conference schedule, beating Division 3 No. 7-ranked Grand Rapids Kenowa Hills, with the Beavers' only loss coming to Division 3 No. 8-ranked Cedar Springs.
