NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A group of news organizations is suing Tennessee’s Department of Corrections commissioner and a prison warden over the limitations the state’s execution methods present to witnesses.

The suit claims that Tennessee’s lethal injection and electrocution methods of executions prevent witnesses (public and press) from viewing the entirety of executions in the state.
