BENNINGTON — A Bennington man accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female victim has been charged with human trafficking and lewd and lascivious conduct, the second person to be charged in the ongoing case.

Allen Hill, 47, is charged with two sexual felonies, human trafficking of a child, and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child. He faces a possible life sentence on the trafficking charge and an additional 15 years on the lewd and lascivious charge, if convicted.

Hill is the second person charged in the case.
