A mum has been urged to call the police after she witnessed school staff dragging her son across the floor by his hoodie during a tantrum at kindergarten.

The woman took to Reddit to say her son, aged around three, suddenly became upset at the end of what had been a great day at his kindergarten, before his emotions spiralled into a full-blown tantrum.

The facility notified the mum of his outburst, but when she arrived to pick her son up, she witnessed something no parent should see.

“When I went in, I saw a staff member grabbing my son’s hoodie and dragging him across the floor out of the classroom,” the woman said.

“I asked her what happened, and she said that she just wanted to take him out of the classroom.

“I was very upset, and I asked her if it was okay to handle the situation
