WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Trumbull County grand jury did not return an indictment on a possession of a dangerous ordnance charge in a case involving homemade explosives, but did return an indictment on a felony carrying a concealed weapons charge.
John Podleyon, 46, of Mercer, is expected to appear in Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas for his arraignment next Wednesday.
Niles police arrested Podleyon last month and reported finding a cache of guns, ammunition and homemade explosives in the vehicle.
During his arrest, Podleyon mentioned that he was looking for a second car that he said had been left at the Eastwood Mall Complex near Burlington Coat Factory and T.J. Maxx.
That prompted calls to both Youngstown’s Bomb Squad and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to examine the
