An Oconto man was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to selling the drugs that led to the 2018 overdose death of 33-year-old Jeffrey Pecha.
Brian Blasing, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to first-degree reckless homicide as a party to a crime after delivering drugs linked to Pecha's death. Oconto County Circuit Court Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Oct. 29 to 12 years in prison followed by eight years of extended supervision, according to court records.
