Heritage Foods CEO Srideep Kesavan said the company’s move to acquire a 51% stake in Get-A-Way, with plans to increase this to 71% by March 2026, is in line with its goal of becoming “the most admired dairy nutrition company in India by 2030.” The deal supports Heritage's strategy to expand its value-added product portfolio and reach newer consumer segments.
The company, co-founded by N Chandrababu Naidu, enjoys a leadership position in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and currently processes 2.83 million litres of milk per day across 12 states under its well-known “Heritage” brand.
