Season four of The White Lotus is moving forward at HBO, and there’s now a confirmed location!

If you don’t know, season one took place in Hawaii, with season two taking place in Italy. The most recent season, season three, took place in Thailand.

Now, it looks like they’re heading back to Europe!

Season four will take place in France!

Variety reports that the season will take place largely in the South of France, but have a sub plot in Paris…similar to in season three where they were largely on an island in Thailand, but then featured some scenes in Bangkok as well.

One change: the previous seasons all were filmed at Four Seasons properties, but HBO did not renew their partnership with them so it’s unclear what hotel they will be based on for now. Apparently, Mike White , th
