All eyes will be on the federal government budget release next week, and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce wants to see priorities that will create a competitive business and trade environment.

The Ontario Chamber of Commerce has submitted its budget recommendations to the federal government in advance of the Nov. 4 budget release.

The document is often considered a pre-budget submission wish list, said Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce newly minted president La-Na Fragomeni.

“What’s going to be most important is what is in the actual budget next week,” she told The Sault Star.

The Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce has been aligned with the provincial chamber and their advocacy actions, she said.
